Hi there, parents! If you've found your way to this page, chances are you're feeling concerned about your little one's emotional well-being and behavior. As a mom myself, I know how heartbreaking it can be to watch your child struggle with mood swings, night terrors, or difficulties at school and home. You want nothing more than to see your child happy, healthy, and thriving, but sometimes it feels like an uphill battle.
If your child is between the ages of 3 and 18 and experiencing dysregulation issues, such as overreacting, having trouble communicating, or struggling with transitions like starting school or entering middle school, I'm here to help. With 25 years of teaching experience from preschool to high school and as a trained synergistic play therapist, I specialize in working with children to develop the tools they need to self-regulate and navigate life's challenges with greater ease.
Through our work together, your child will learn to identify and express their emotions in a healthy way, choose their own regulation techniques, and build the resilience they need to tackle whatever life throws their way. As a mother, I understand the unique challenges and joys of parenthood, and I approach each child with compassion, understanding, and a touch of playfulness.
If you're ready to see your child thrive and bring more peace and harmony to your home, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can help your little one develop the skills they need to navigate this big, beautiful world with confidence and joy. Let's embark on this journey together, one playful step at a time.
